More than 100 kids in Kachra village, Madhya Pradesh, begin their days before the sun rises and travel five kilometers on dusty, uneven roads to get to a far-off school. By the age of ten, many, particularly girls, drop out because of worries about their safety, a shortage of restrooms, or just the weariness of the daily commute.
We, the grassroots nonprofit organization Nirmaan Shiksha Foundation, are here to help.
A local farmer has already offered a small plot of land to us. We have obtained the education department's consent. We have even assembled a group of enthusiastic local instructors who are prepared to instruct.
We now require your assistance in order to raise ₹12 lakh for:
Building of two restrooms and four classrooms
A solar-powered water filter
Basic school furniture and blackboards
Teaching materials and uniforms for the first batch of students
With your donation, we can reduce school dropout rates, empower girls, and bring lasting change to this rural village — one classroom at a time.
📚 Support a child’s right to education — help us build a school where none existed before.
