"Help Rafiq Build a Future – Fund His Engineering Dream"

Every instructor remembers Rafiq Khan as a student who is inquisitive, diligent, and always willing to lend a hand to his peers. Rafiq, who grew up in a slum region of Kolkata, assisted his mother in selling snacks at the neighborhood bus station after school and studied under lamps when the electricity went out.

Despite the difficulties, he excelled in his 12th grade class and was just accepted to a reputable West Bengali engineering institution with a computer science concentration. He wants to help his family escape poverty by becoming a software programmer.

However, there is a devastating barrier: he lacks the funds to cover his first year's ₹85,000 in tuition fees.

His father pulls rickshaws and makes barely enough money to get by. Scholarships have been filed for, but they won't pay for everything, and his admittance payment deadline is drawing near.
