Ravi Kumar, a 36-year-old father of two, worked as a daily wage laborer at construction sites around Delhi. He never missed a day of work — not because it was easy, but because he had mouths to feed. But one tragic afternoon changed everything.
While working on a third-floor scaffolding, Ravi slipped and fell. He fractured his spine and has been paralyzed from the waist down ever since. He’s been bedridden for over a month, unable to move, and in constant pain.
Following months of physical rehabilitation, doctors at AIIMS have recommended immediate spinal decompression surgery. His family cannot afford the estimated ₹6 lakh needed for surgery, hospitalization, and recuperation. The only caretaker now is his wife, a homemaker who finds it difficult to even afford prescription drugs.
It's not only about getting back to walking. It concerns Ravi's ability to work, raise his kids, and have a dignified life.
🩺 His life may be changed by your donation. Please help Ravi walk again.
