Raj’s School for Underprivileged Children

In the little community where Raj was raised, getting a good education was a pipe dream. When he returned home after receiving his degree, he saw that nothing had changed—many kids were still not in school.

Raj aspired to establish a school for disadvantaged kids because he was determined to change things. To pay for building expenses, school supplies, and the hire of certified teachers, he started a fundraising effort. Donations began to stream in after his touching story moved a lot of people.

Raj's fundraiser raised enough money in just six months to construct a simple schoolhouse and give more than 100 kids lunches, books, and uniforms. His school now gives children a better future and is a ray of hope for the area.
