A short circuit caused a fire to start in the Ali family's Meerut home one calm February evening. Everything they owned, including clothing, furniture, crucial papers, and even their children's schoolbooks, was converted to ashes in just fifteen minutes.

The father, Faisal Ali, is a tailor, while his wife, Rukhsana, looks after their three kids. They lacked savings, insurance, and now a place to live.

They currently share small quarters with family. They simply require a little assistance, but they are resolved to start over.

Renting a modest house with simple furnishings

Kids' clothes and school supplies

replacing necessities for income, such as a sewing machine, utensils, and ID cards
