Grades, perseverance, and a desire to become an engineer were all necessary for Jaden Harris, a bright 17-year-old from Detroit, to succeed. However, the lack of cash threatened to end his quest before it even started, even if he was accepted to a prestigious university.
Jaden launched a campaign on GoHelpMe.online to raise $12,000 for rent and tuition. Teachers, neighbors, alums, and strangers affected by his devotion showered him with support. He raised $12,350 in a month.
As a first-year engineering student now, Jaden works hard in his studies and guides fellow students. He intends to design clean energy systems in the future and has already been offered internships.
