Feeding Hope

Children were going to school every day hungry in one of the city's most food-insecure communities. A grassroots non-profit began modestly by distributing fifty meals every week. But it swiftly expanded with the help of crowdsourcing. Today, more than 400 youngsters are fed every day through their nutrition program by the help of fundraisers and donors. The kids are healthier and more attentive, and their attendance at school has increased. A warm lunch, which appeared to be a simple deed, turned out to be a pivotal moment for a whole town.
